I am so happy I did. This has a wonderful fragrance that actually lasts long enough for you to wear the clothes. Very happy with this product

I bought this. The small size is hard to find, so I bought the large size. The bottle is heavy, has no handle, so takes 2 hands to hold it. Directions say if you don't pour into fabric softener slot. Just pour it into the washer. How much? Doesn't say. Cap is tiny so can't measure with that. Spills easily , goes all over the bottle, so now it's slippery and heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cool cotton scent has definitely made my clothes and towels smell nice but I really haven't noticed any significant change as far as strong odors (hello old sports jerseys) or detergent residue is concerned. This may be more beneficial to someone who has issues with hard water.

The cap was a little tricky at first, but once you get used to it and how it opens, it's golden. The most noticeable thing about this, besides being completely colorless, was the odor was minimal, so perfect for those who want a small scent, but not crazy overpowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rinse and refresh is awesome. Softens and cleans and removes the extra grime. The scent is wonderful, not overwhelming at all. I also love the minimal ingredients it has, not full weird things. Definitely liked.

Love the way our clothes feel and smell after switching to Downy Rinse and Refresh, but wish the bottle comes with a pour lid like pictured in the commercials. I transfer your product to an empty coffee creamer bottle so it can be poured without making a mess!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good detergent for items that have buildup on them. Not something I’d use daily. But more on those hard to clean items and things that have residue on them from deodorant or other oils. Something nice to have on hand for items.
