[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy Rinse and Refresh in Cool Cotton is a new laundry staple. I’m really enjoying the light scent throughout my loads. I like that it’s not a fabric softener that leaves behind stuff on my laundry but rather removes buildup and residue leaving a lasting clean. Since using this product I have noticed a reduction in stains left behind on shirt fronts and on towels. It adds an extra dimension of clean to your rinse cycle. The smell is light and not as heavy and all consuming as a softener. It adds just enough scent to make the recipient of the fabric item enjoy it and feel super clean. From now on this will be a product I use on every load.

I love the scent of the Cool Cotton. If you have tough orders to get out... this product will get it done and the scent stays for days after. Very pleased with the results.

We have hard water where I live and have always had to use fabric softener until I decided to try this. I have newer towels that call for no fabric softener so I used this instead. They came out very clean(all soap residue out) and also very soft.

He’s a big guy and sweats a lot, sometimes when he gets home, he forgets to empty his gym bag w/his is sweaty dirty gym clothes in it. Either way, they can be extremely rank smelling. The Downy Rinse and Refresh has been a lifesaver for me. His clothes come out of the washer with zero trace of odors, and feel pleasantly soft. I just add the Downy Rinse and Refresh in to the fabric softener slot on our washer, and his gym clothes come out odorless. I’m very happy with this product, the only thing that would make it better for me personally, is if it had a stronger scent. The Cool Cotton smells good, but is very very faint in my opinion. I personally like heavily scented products. Other that, needing a stronger scent, it worked great with eliminating orders from clothing and making them feel softer to the touch.

I love the smell and it works great. My complaint is the bottle that it comes in. It is hard to hold. It's flimsy and if you squeeze too hard, it spills and the bottle becomes sticky. Also it needs to have a measure cap to go with it. I cant tell when half my dispenser is full. but other than that. i love the smell. i will still buy it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this new Downy Rinse and Refresh laundry odor eliminator for the first time and I have to say I was impressed with it. I used a different type of refresh for my towels but this is way better. I used it on my son’s work shirt’s and he said he liked the way they had a different type of smell. There really isn’t a con.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Downy rinse and refresh makes my laundry smell clean and fresh. The one I use is cool cotton scented. The fragrance isn't really strong at all but you can definitely smell it in your clothes. I only add a small amount to my rinse cycle. It doesn't fade or stain my items.
