Kinda suds up a lot if you use as directed. Not sure why they would make the instructions like that 🙄 smells nice I guess and haven't had any noticeable skin irritation while using it but I think I may go back to just using fragrance beads and a bit of vinegar

It makes my clothes feel and smell incredible. My clothes come out feeling soft and they look great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for odor or residue remover

Super easy to use and you just add it into the fabric softener spot and let it go. Towels are smelling fantastic even after a few weeks! I will definitely continue to use this product from now on!

I used it in loads that had older clothes in it, then one with newer clothes, one of blankets. ALL of the loads I did I could tell the fabrics were softer to the touch and the clothes smelled really clean and fresh. Clothes are brighter as well. Will add to my laundry regimen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, using a nicely fragranced fabric softener is very important as the smell lingers on for a long time. I like Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton in that sense the fragrance is subtle yet pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would love it because it’s Downy. My clothes have so much static afterwards. I didn’t like that instructions aren’t on the bottle. My internet was out when I wanted to use it and couldn’t because I didn’t know how much. I had to wait. I do, however, love the scent. My clothes smell very fresh for days. It’s not too strong. The bottle almost needs to be like the Act mouthwash bottle. The one where you squeeze it and it fills the cup with the appropriate amount. This is hard to use to measure out 3 tablespoons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works well to remove old residues and smells from your clothes, towels, etc. Overtime residues build up in your clothes, and this helps to remove them. My clothes smelled and felt great after washing with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy rinse and refresh has a great scent but using the product is a bit confusing. I wasn’t sure how much to use or how to use it. With zero measurements and no directions on the bottle it left me with basically no options other than to add a bit to my washer. It does have a QR code on the bottle to scan for directions…who wants to do that? The directions even then are still very vague. It would be so much better if this came with a squirt style cap. I have to remove the cap to pour into the washer and it makes a mess if it drips on the side of the bottle. The product is good but the packaging is not what I would prefer.
