[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got our Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton recently. First of all the smell is a wonderful cottony smell. You get that extra boost of fresh smell to the clothes, and we all like that. The clothes come out brighter softer. Great for taking out body odors out of all the clothes -- deeply in the fibers. Sweat and other odors get neutralized and replaced with freshness. Great for all age applications. I do alot of yard work and this takes the yuck smell out, and works wonderful.

I used this for the first time and I could tell the difference then my regular fabric softener, this product was amazing. The scent is wonderful, not overwhelming at all. I love that this product removes unwanted odors from my clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy Rinse and Refresh in Cool Cotton, smells amazing. It is a light clean scent that is not overpowering. It does an amazing job at removing tough odors out of even the smelliest of workout clothes. I have this one sports bra and it always had a lingering funk to it. After a wash in this, I am able to wear it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of Downy Rinse and Refresh - a light fabric softener that can handle strongly entrenched odors. But the execution of it could be better. The package design makes it very difficult to determine how much to use, and it’s very hard not to make a mess when you pour it. I love the scent; but it is a very thin solution. It feels like you are just pouring in water.

I love the scent of the Cool Cotton. If you have tough orders to get out... this product will get it done and the scent stays for days after. Very pleased with the results.

I personally don’t think it’s confusing or hard to use at all. I used the same amount as I would with traditional fabric softener.

Between our pets, messy kids, & hubby's work clothes stinky laundry is a constant battle so I was anxious to try this new product from Downy & it works great!
