No difference. If Tide works so good, why would we need this? I ordered it to see why. I’m disappointed!

I took a chance on downy and decided to switch my beads to the downy rinse and refresh and it makes my towels smell just as amazing and they are softer and fluffy with last scent.

This product smells so sooo good. But once your clothes is washed and done you can’t really smell it on them. I didn’t notice any difference in them either. I will not be buying it again.

This product is amazing! It takes the sour smell right out of my towels and teens sweaty clothing... But it's so expensive!!! Buying this at Sam's definitely saves a lot of $$$

This is a new product, for me. I, actually, love it! It makes my laundry smell amazing! I, also, use a splash of it in my mop water, and it leaves my house smelling, extra fresh, and clean! I’m in love with this product!

This works great at refreshing fabric. My problem is that it is difficult to pour and goes all over the place and then you have to rinse the bottle or it will be sticky. I’m hoping they eventually put it in a container that also includes a measuring cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this brand, but not this product. It has a pleasant, fresh scent of cool cotton, but after using it, it's barely noticeable on clothes. Also, because it's poured into the fabric softener compartment, you can't use fabric softener. After using this product, your towels become hard and not soft at all. I don't recommend this product from Downy. And that applies not only to this scent, but to others as well. The bottle is very inconvenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton smells sooo good! You can smell it in the clothes after it's been washed, but it's not overwhelming! Easy to pour and the size is good for the value! Will definitely be purchasing it!

It works pretty well and doesn't leave an overpowering scent. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is that it takes such an amount of it that one bottle will only do so many loads of wash, so the cost per use isn't ideal. Still, I put some in with my workout clothes and they smell clean. I guess that it is worth it if it keeps a few articles of clothing out of the trash. I will probably save it to use with my (how do I say it?) "less fresh" laundry and not use it regularly.
