The coffee machine started leaking a year later, as soon as the warranty ran out. It is impossible to disassemble and repair the machine yourself, since the threads of the bolts are crowded. They do this on purpose so that you buy a new coffee machine every year.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!!!!PLEASE DON NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!! After 4 months we could hardly brew espresso because the filter holder did not pour coffee anymore and the frother started to leak too. I felt at least lucky to have paied 30$ tax for the 2y protection. When I asked Walmart for the protection they told me I have to contact the company. I calles Delonghi and after 1 hour they provied me the service center information. I called the service center and they told me it will take at least 1 month for the product to be repaired. NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!!!!PLEASE DON NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!!

We bought this machine a month ago and absolutely love it! All the features and the variety of drinks you can make with one machine makes it a favorite for everyone in the house with my husband's coffee, my lattes, the kids cappuccinos and espresso for both of us to keep up with said kids hehe. It's straight forward and easy to use. You can have it on a timer to have your coffee ready when you wake up. Another thing we liked is that you don't have to keep buying filters for it because you don't need them at all. It's a beautiful machine to top it off! It's quite larger than your standard coffee machine but the fact that it's an all in one saves you needing multiple appliances which in the end saves space. Overall we love, love, love ours and would recommend it!

I bought this a month or so ago and I am very displeased. The carafe pitcher has leaked since we bought it. We tried to seal it and it isn't worth the work to try to send it back. In the pictures it has the 2 espresso cups in multiple pictures so I assumed it was a part of the package, it is fact not. The steamer worked long enough to get steam to come out and then stopped working. My total rating for this product is a 0/10, do not buy.

I’ve waited a while to write this review and have had mine for a few months now. Don’t buy this!! Mine has started to leak even when it’s not running. When I’m heating the milk for a latte it takes an extremely long time to heat up (I’m talking over 30mins) and it produces a very bad chemical smell. I regret buying this machine and now stuck with it.

I had to return the first one as there is a faulty fuse. 2nd one espresso reservoir is always full, in just one cup. Bad design, hard to see water table, no tank to empty drip coffee, just an over fill in the back. I would not recommend this product.

This is the 6th expresso machine I have purchased but the first DeLonghi. My previous machines were name brands but never frothed the milk properly and they were more expensive than the DeLonghi. This machine was very easy to set up and it works great. The drip coffee is excellent and the espresso, latte and capucino are delicious. I'm very happy with this machine and I would highly recommend it. I read some reviews where people said that the water leaked and that there was an odor, I haven't noticed anything like that. This is a good machine.

I purchased this coffee maker because I liked the features and the looks but the functionality of it is way less than desirable, the espresso maker dumps more water into the spill plate than in the mug to the point that you have to empty it after every cup. The coffee grind holder also drips water every time you open it and the position of the water intake is awkward so more water is spilt. Lastly, the carafe design makes it so you cannot fill it more than 8 cups and have to pour the coffee very slowly or else the liquid will follow the outside of the carafe and spill back. Don’t buy this, buy something else unless you have the patience to Clean up after each use.

Finally! Searching thru expresso makers, this one does it! Glad to be breaking the Keurig fixation, the expense of the pods, searching for great tasting coffee (not the fault of the brewer). If you are a serious expresso lover, this machine is for you. Fresh ground (invest in a good grinder), fast expresso, one or two cups choice, the milk frother also makes excellent froth for cappuccino. I also like the duo function for a regular pot of coffee for others. Easy to maintain, easy to clean, I've found my namaste!

the one i have gotten for my wife for christmas does not impress me...maybe others did not have this problem with theres but i did...the coffee does not stay warm for long....comes out really hot but does not stay warm for long...meaning the coffee does get cold...plus the steamer does not really work either...it shoots out water ...like a stream of water...so now cant even use that...i might of gotten a bad 1 compare to others but this is my review for my experience with this item
