I’ve waited a while to write this review and have had mine for a few months now. Don’t buy this!! Mine has started to leak even when it’s not running. When I’m heating the milk for a latte it takes an extremely long time to heat up (I’m talking over 30mins) and it produces a very bad chemical smell. I regret buying this machine and now stuck with it.

I've had this machine for more than 4 years now, still works as good as it did on day one. great machine for the money, buying another one for the lake house.

I bought this and within a week frother stopped working-replacement unit was sent and frother worked twice-So frustrated! Makes good coffee but I bought it specifically to make lattes. UGH

Just got for Christmas but looks only I have a problem. Espresso is warm, not hot. Not able to make cappuccino becose mashine just warm milk, not enough power to spin the milk.

Worked fine for most of the past 18 months but now i can't heat up the espresso. Not sure where to get it fixed

Just opened the unit up, did the start up procedure, and wham, the coffee boiler plate does not heat up. Cold as ice.

To my surprise, aftre 6 months of usage I can hardly brew coffee and the flother has started leaking too.
