I received this item for Christmas, my second one. When it comes to the espresso side, I have the hardest time connecting the portafilter. It should not be that hard.🥹then the drink comes out cold. I do more work trying to fix my drink and by that time, Im frustrated.

This coffee maker is fantastic and super easy to use. The espresso side is simple and lets you control the strength, which I love. The drip side holds up to 10 cups—perfect for hosting. The front access is convenient, and its compact design fits anywhere without taking up too much space. Coffee comes out great every time, making it an ideal choice for beginners. Overall, an excellent coffee maker!

This is the 6th expresso machine I have purchased but the first DeLonghi. My previous machines were name brands but never frothed the milk properly and they were more expensive than the DeLonghi. This machine was very easy to set up and it works great. The drip coffee is excellent and the espresso, latte and capucino are delicious. I'm very happy with this machine and I would highly recommend it. I read some reviews where people said that the water leaked and that there was an odor, I haven't noticed anything like that. This is a good machine.

No only does it provide my woes much needed coffee and my espresso in the mornings. It also provides the best hot chocolate you'll ever have. It takes a little to figure out but once you do you'll be nothing but pleased with it. Very satisfied overall.

I bought the DeLonghi Combination Expresso and Drip Coffee Machine a week ago. This machine is a dream come true for all coffee drinkers and more. The programmable timer lets me have fresh drip coffee ready when I need it everyday. This machine has been a nice treat for me and everyone in my house.
