Make sure you follow the manual for the espresso and other features it will help with setting it up. And check for any maintenance youneed to do! We all love it and have had zero issues so far!

bought this machine to replace my older unit, on/off switch stopped working -fit finish is not great, the lesser priced model is better value for the money - espresso does not have auto shut off, older unit did - espresso does not have pressure lock cap, older unit did, espresso taste not as good even with quality beans - coffee part is good

I'm the only coffee drinker in my house so it's very nice to have the ability to make only 1-2 cups while still being able to make a pot when guests are over. I also have several guests who will use the espresso side as well. Small and compact enough to tuck away nicely underneath my cabinets as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best coffee machine I've ever had, plus it makes Espresso! The cone filter area pulls and swings out and the metal filter just lifts out for cleaning. There is an area next to the filter that you pour the water in for the coffee, which is unique and it works great. I've only made espresso a couple of times but it's super easy if you read the directions that are included. Two THUMBS UP!

There are two water tanks- a removable one for the espresso/hot water/frothing wand and an innovative front loading one for the coffee. Machine is a great value for the benefits of two separate units, and cheaper than many espresso machines. The machine controls the water temperature, but user is responsible for starting and stoping the water flow.

I bought this a month or so ago and I am very displeased. The carafe pitcher has leaked since we bought it. We tried to seal it and it isn't worth the work to try to send it back. In the pictures it has the 2 espresso cups in multiple pictures so I assumed it was a part of the package, it is fact not. The steamer worked long enough to get steam to come out and then stopped working. My total rating for this product is a 0/10, do not buy.

It makes drip coffee, it makes espresso and it makes cappuccino(with creamy foam)! It has great features such as a front loading water tank that filtrates the water. Another great feature, it has a area to warm your coffee cups. Also it has a great pause and serve feature which allows you to get a cup of coffee mid brew without making a mess. A standard 24 hour programmable timer also comes with this unit. I am saving so much money staying out of the commercial coffee shops. I could not ask for anything more!

I love that I can select 1 to 4 cups. The programmable option is a great feature but my favorite feature is the automatic shut off. Absolutely the best machine I have ever owned! Highly recommend this product!!

I purchased this coffee maker because I liked the features and the looks but the functionality of it is way less than desirable, the espresso maker dumps more water into the spill plate than in the mug to the point that you have to empty it after every cup. The coffee grind holder also drips water every time you open it and the position of the water intake is awkward so more water is spilt. Lastly, the carafe design makes it so you cannot fill it more than 8 cups and have to pour the coffee very slowly or else the liquid will follow the outside of the carafe and spill back. Don’t buy this, buy something else unless you have the patience to Clean up after each use.
