I love that I am able to make espresso shots and coffee at the same time! This thing is also programable so you can set a time you want your coffee every day! Over all great quality and easy to use and clean!

We read a lot of reviews and looked at a lot of different machines. We've had this one about a month now and it's been great. I don't know why we waited so long to get one. It's a bit shorter than many models so it sits nicely under our low cabinets. I took the time before setting it up to watch the videos and read the short instruction book. Then I went through the full instruction book highlighting anything my husband should know. Like if you're going to use preground coffee never put it in while rhe machine is off. Just some little quirks. It's a little loud when it grinds the beans, but it's grinding beans so that's to be expected. It's not much louder than the bean grinder we had. It took some time to get the flow of the coffee right. So it comes out like warm honey. The mlk brother works great. It's not adjustable but it's fine. Kind of wish the wand was a touch longer but it's been fine. We rinse it after each use so the wand doesn't get gross with old milk. The pieces come off easy and rinse easy. Word of warning when rinsing do so over the part of the sink with a drain catcher so you don't accidentally drop it into your disposal. We got it back out but it was a close call. If you want coffee, we do a double of the long button. That gives us a decent cup of coffee. My husband uses it for both coffee and espresso. I mostly use it for espresso. But being able to steam milk quickly for hot chocolate is also nice. I love having it. Best decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's worth whatever you will pay for it if you're looking for a quality, consumer product. For me, it's the ease of cleanup and use. I'll also mention once your set up the auto settings you can essentially forget it until the power goes out - then you'll need to reset it agin. The coffee tastes wonderful, and the built in filter is definitely better than the previous models I've used. It's actually shaped so it slides exactly into place without much thought. Something you won't think about until you have to ;) My wife is much more of a cappuccino, latte drinker and enjoys using the other side for that. She seems to have no issue at all and has used it most days. I do steal some frothed milk from time to time =P It's pretty good

Make sure you follow the manual for the espresso and other features it will help with setting it up. And check for any maintenance youneed to do! We all love it and have had zero issues so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing espresso/machine! First off, it looks incredible. They designed this machine with a very sharp look that definitely adds some character to my counter top. I love the versatility of being able to do espresso on one side and a pot of coffee on the other. I have already tried both and they work to perfection. The espresso comes out piping hot as well as the steam from the frother. I made a latte and it tasted just as good, if not better, than my local coffee shop. The only thing I wish was different from the machine is that the espresso stopped on its own when the amount was right. You have to monitor that yourself and stop it when you think it's done. Other than that, no complaints! Super easy to get going out of the box. This is going to get a LOT of use.

Basic coffee, espresso, latte etc. It takes time and little learning how to use it in a correct way but instructions are clear and straightforward. You can have your own coffee shop at your home and you can save money with it.

I love this coffee maker and espresso machine, particularly the milk frother as I love warm milk in my coffee. But I've had it 4 months and the frother is totally broken; it was going in and out but I could get it to work for a while and now it's completely broken. I am hoping that ya'll can help me with a fix. I've cleaned all the parts many times and still not working….
