Bad Purchase

This is the 3 expresso/coffee pot I have bought from this company. The model has changed from the previous one. The expresso water holder is for multiple cups. That water dispenser leaks into an overflow trap. If you don't keep an eye on it, it overflows to your counter. The coffee holder is 2/3 smaller than the previous model. You can't make your coffee as strong as before. I often wonder why they change models for the worse.

Got as a gift

My kids bought this for me as a gift. It it never got hot enough and broke quickly. I tried to get parts and the web site sent crickets. You can't buy parts. I would never buy this brand of anything again. I felt bad for my kids.

DOESN'T RETAINED WATER IN THE DRIP WATER TANK!!

JUST AT OPEN THE BOX AND FOLLW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO GET IT READY FOR THE FIRST USE, AS SOON AS WE PUT THE WATER ON THE TANK IT STARTED TO DRIP THE WATER, IT DOESN'T RETAINED WATER IN THE DRIP COFFEE WATER TANK!!

Unable to get support

I had put in two calls as my 1 3/4 year old machine had blown 4 fuses, 1st fuse was when matching was 6 months old. They will not replace the machine and did not follow up in second ticket I put in. I liked the mschine but could not get support.

Garbage coffeemaker

I got one for Christmas one year and absolutely loved it until it quit working 2 years later. Thought maybe it was a fluke, so I bought another one. I recently had to replace it….TWO YEARS LATER. I went another way this time.

GET READY TO WIPE UP WATER & COFFEE

I've had the machine for some time and it makes good coffee. But the carafe is the worst. It drips excessively when it is full, until it's half empty…always. If I can replace the carafe with a proper design, I may like the machine.

We love our De'Longhi coffee/espresso machine!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it quickly became a boomerang gift. Something that was beneficial to both he and I :-) We love it. It took a minute to get used to how the espresso part / steamer worked but once we got that down we were good to go. Now we love having our afternoon cappuccinos and my friends love the espresso martinis!
