So far, this machine has offered everything we have wanted. Easy to use and offers us the option of regular coffee in addition to our more barista-style bevies.

Very good machine for the money. Espresso and brewing systems work great. Steamer works great as well. Need to read and follow instructions, though fairly easy to use.

Great mix of the ability to brew fancy coffee drinks and a pot of coffee! The instruction manual is very helpful so make sure you review it first for the espresso side of things.

I have had this machine for a couple weeks now and have really enjoyed using it. My only issue is that, despite preheating per the instructions, my espresso is not as hot as I would like it to be.

We purchased this for our family Christmas gift, and we are very disappointed. The machine is very hard to use, and the steamer does not work well. The coffee pot takes forever to brew what comes out as maybe 3 cups of coffee. Really unhappy with this.
