It is very easy to use and clean. It has a 24 hour programmable timer with a 2 hour auto shut-off. It also has a 1-4 cup option. I love all of the options this coffee machine offers. I highly recommend this product for all the coffee lovers out there!

I received this item for Christmas, my second one. When it comes to the espresso side, I have the hardest time connecting the portafilter. It should not be that hard.🥹then the drink comes out cold. I do more work trying to fix my drink and by that time, Im frustrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a coffee drinker but never thought I had the need for a nicer machine then my basic one I've had for who knows how long! I decided after researching that the all in one coffee maker by de longhi was worth trying to level up to the newer fancy version of my own on my coffee routine. I currently have my mother in law staying with me as well and she always needs her coffee at a certain time every morning which could sometimes happen to be during my sleep hours still haha. When I received this amazing product the first amazing feature that was brought to my attention was the digital screen and timer I could set so that every morning when she wanted her coffee I already was able to have it set up and be ready for her! Which she was thrilled about! Not to mention it's so user friendly she's actually been able to do it herself being elderly and all! The second best feature was of course the fact that I could now make myself an espresso or cappuccino on the same machine!!! Sorry Starbucks but De longhi is now my go to! & As far as the quality it's unbelievable. I have already had a couple family members go out and purchase there own after coming over for a game night this weekend and having a cappuccino with my husband and I they were adamant to know how I made it even with the nice milk foam from the milk frother! And I had to put them on to it too. I am now a fan of this product and can't wait to maybe in the future try another one of de longhi s amazing products!! Once again 100 stars from my family and I!!!

My husband really only drinks drip coffee and I prefer lattes and cappuccinos so this machine gives us the best of both worlds. I like how I can add the water from the front of the machine for the drip coffee side. I also love that there is a milk steamer. It was easy to set up and it doesn't take up a ton of counter space. It's a great quality machine that works fast, makes amazing tasting coffee and is simple to operate!

I love that it's a big step up from our previous coffee machine because this one can also make cappuccino and lattes and hot chocolate, which is really great for us as it saves us time and money being spent at a coffee shop. It can brew two cups at once which is very convenient and it even has different bars of pressure to customize taste for each person. Temperature can also be customized. I love that it has a reusable metal filter so that we don't have to use paper filters anymore. One of my favorite things about this is 24 hour programmable timer because we can set it for whatever time we want in the morning and there will be coffee waiting for us. We all love this coffee machine. The frother is a big plus because it makes the drinks so much creamier. I do wish it came with a cup for the frother though. Overall, this is a great coffee machine and I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of buying one.

Got rid of all my other coffee pots because you have all you need with this one. Nice for company, you can offer them different coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are limited on counter space and want both a coffee maker and espresso machine, while it is still a large unit this DeLonghi has a smaller footprint than two separate appliances. Starting with the coffee maker side: Cons: the design of the swing out basket makes it difficult to read the water level on the reservoir, so make sure you pour the correct amount of water into the carafe first. There is also no 'beep' notification to let you know when brewing is complete, so you have to just pay attention. Other than that it has pretty standard, easy to use and understand features and can produce a nice rich cup of coffee. While the swing out style of brew basket blocks the reservoir water level, I do like the fact that if you have low upper cabinets you don't have to move the coffee maker forward in order to open the brew basket. Now for the espresso side. Con: The water reservoir pulls straight up so if you have low upper cabinets you have to move the machine forward to get the reservoir out. It also takes a few minutes to heat up before you can pull a shot of espresso. Other than that minor inconvenience it's a very nice low to mid grade espresso machine. It pulls a decent shot and I love how you can take each piece apart in order to thoroughly clean it (something my cheaper machine doesn't do). The milk wand is also pretty easy to clean and it only takes a few minutes to get milk to a nice temp for lattes. There is a bit of water that drains out into the tray below each time you pull a shot, but thankfully there is a little red 'buoy' that will float up to the top so you can see when the tray needs to be emptied. Overall, it's a nice mid grade machine for both uses; the main draw for me is the saving of counter space and convenience of just having one appliance for both.
