[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Family Hub fridge is AWESOME. It has plenty of storage and bins, bright lighting inside and great color. The Family Hub is the center of this great appliance, there are lots of Apps (Music, Weather, GrubHub, Photos, Bixby etc) included. This fridge will complement any kitchen color scheme. The ICE Maker and Water station are nicely fitted on the left side of the fridge and operates quietly. I am finding new things out daily and being able to use my Ring app is an added bonus, I can see who's at the front door just by looking at the fridge, HOW COOL IS THAT !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the side-by-side refrigerator because I don't like the idea of having to dig in a freezer drawer for frozen food, it's too cold.I like being able to open the doors and see everything on shelves. Although I picked one of the smaller refrigerators, it's not so small. It is about the same size as our old fridg(so I thought) until they moved it in. We use to have cabinets above the fridge...we don't have them anymore, which is fine with me. This year I plan to remodel my entire kitchen anyway. The modern design of my Samsung refrigerator is a gorgeous, industrial look. I love the fact it's sleek, you do not see the door handles. But watch out for your feet, I have opened the door on my feet numerous times already.lol. It is huge! The family hub is my favorite part. I blast my spotify music on a daily bases just about all day long. With covid-19, kids are doing school from home and the hub is perfect for them too! Each family member has a profile of their own, where I can write to-do lists, notes, reminders, add to the monthly calendar, etc. for us to keep up with their crazy schedules. I love you can do anything on the hub that you can do on a phone, computer or tablet without having it in the kitchen where somthing more than likely will get spilled on it....yes, it has happened to me, I am a messy cook. On the hub you are able to do so many things like a diagnostic check on the fridge to make sure everything runs smoothly and the way it should, time & date, the weather, music, daily quick recipes, daily Trivia with daily Inspiration, Word of the Day and On This Day. It has many different apps like Meal Planner, Shopping Deals, Spotify, GurbHub, InstaCart, View Inside, Shopping List and tons more. I love going to the store knowing the inventory in my fridge/freezer because it keeps up with that too, along with how long you have had your food for so it doesn't go bad. I'm still learning how to work it. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my new Samsung refrigerator but I gave 4 stars because there are a few small features I wish it had to make it the perfect refrigerator for me, like a light on the water and ice dispenser, adjustable shelves where it gives my tea pitcher at least 2 inches from the other shelf and I wish it worked with Google or Alexa instead of Bixby. I really don't mind the Bixby but I already have multiple apps to run different things my household, which is ridiculous. but all in all, I am happy with my purchase and would do it again.

The hub alone offers so many great features to simplify daily chores, shopping and extra little bonus in music as it is equipped with a speaker. Everything keeps cold evenly as it supposed to. I can go on and on. Definitely would recommend this product.

Let me start by saying the black stainless steel is beautiful!The fingerprint resistant is also a great feature to this beautiful refrigerator! The interior lighting is amazing and my fridge is well lit.The ice maker makes ice at an awesome rate and the freezer has ample storage space for my family of three.But the best feature is the huge family hub screen! It is bright and beautiful,the sound quality is amazing I was surely impressed.I can now access the internet and listen to music while I cook! Thank you Samsung for this amazing refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung side by side refrigerator with the family hub touchscreen in Black Stainless Steel is amazing. The delivery guys came in hauled the old fridge right away and brought the new one in, they were able to take the doors off so it can clear the back door at 30 inches. In a few minutes my fridge was put together and ready to work. As for the first impression, it looks amazing it clearly has more space inside since the filter is on the bottom right, the freezers top shelf can be adjusted to two different heights. The shelfs on both sides clear a very nice amount of space, from the right side of the fridge, the top shelf clears 11” the second at 10¾”, the third 8¾” and the fourth at 10¾” all have the same depth at 19”. As for the door on the right side the top shelf space in height is 7¾” with depth of 4¼”, the second 11½” x 4¼”, third 14½” x 4¼”, fourth 14¾” x 6¾”, and fifth 10¾” x 6¼”. On the freezer side you have four shelfs the first one is 10½”, second 10½”, third 8¾”, and fourth 10¾” with the same depth at 19” and two shelves on the door 8” and 9” in height. There are features that I like and they are the following. The dispenser of water is timed to one minute then it stops automatically. It also can be locked so it does not get accidentally turned on. When someone forgets to close the refrigerator door for an extended period of time, as it has happened, the fridge chimes and also sends an alert to the phones under Smart Things and the Family Hub app. It is easy to upload pictures to display on the screen as well as change them around to customize and make it your own. The camera comes in handy since I’m able to see what is inside from my phone wherever I am, creating shopping lists has become easy to do right from the fridge. I never would have imagined to take a phone call using my fridge, now I can, and the person on the other side could not tell the difference since it was clear. Using Bixby is also easy and all the other applications are available right from the fridge, the future is here with the touchscreen and all its functions. We got used to it very fast and even listening to music from the fridge while looking at a recipe is the new norm. I would have liked to have an LED light on the water dispensing pointing to my cup but that is just me. Overall it has a great design using quality materials, easy to maintain and very spacious, amazing and couldn’t be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this fridge a few months ago and the screen is nice. I like that you can use the internet browser to play YouTube videos and listen to music off of it. It also plays well with Newer Samsung TVs so you can mirror what is on your TV on your Fridge so you don't miss any scenes while you are in the kitchen. Fridge does get a little too cold since it freezes my vegetables sometimes even though the temperature is at a higher setting.

The only hiccup I would say when closing refrigerator door hard sometimes design is flawed to pop open freezer side slightly. This doesn't set the door open alarm off guessing because its only a crack. This causes freezer items to defrost that is on the freezer door.

I kinda wish the ice maker was a larger capacity but I do like the extra space in the freezer because the ice maker is small. No big deal really. I love the calendar feature where my whole family can see it. Foods are staying very cold in the bottom or the top of the refrigerator space. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought refrigerator 6/10/20, delivered 6/17/20, family hub is fun and all was great until 9/7/2030 when we woke up to refrigerator and freezer not working. It took 2 days for repair man to come so needless to say all good was loss (I’ve been told Sumsung will reimburse us for all food lost). The mother board was replaced, but still did not work so they are giving us a new one, but will not pick up this one it’s mine to dispose of and we’re on day 9 of no refrigerator and freezer. My opinion is I don’t need the bells and whistles of the family hub as that is what controls the product, so if it goes down we’re out of luck. Not hopeful on replacement.

I love that I can watch my cooking shows while I'm cooking and that I can utilize the Ring app to see who's at my door without leaving the kitchen. The ability to use the Smart Things app to see inside the fridge when I'm shopping is just awesome. The ice dispenser works nicely once my husband figured it out. My only wish is that the ice dispenser was larger. It seems very small for the amount of space that is available. My family loves the family hub. I can enter all our important events on the calendar, my kids can draw and I can leave messages for my family all within the Family Hub. Having the ability to make a shopping list on the fridge screen and have it mirror itself on the app on my phone is so very helpful. I love Samsung and their products and would recommend this fridge to anyone and everyone.
