Everyone wants stainless steel, black or white regular refrigerators, with handles, water & ice dispenser on the outside. They feel that it makes things easier, but when they're on the outside, they get dirty easy and hard to clean. The Bespoke is sleek, classic and easy to clean. Not to mention the fact that there is a drink station on the inside with a water picture, the self fills and a place to fill your big bottles too. Best decision ever to buy my Bespoke refrigerator. I just love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with the design and aesthetic of this refrigerator. My favorite part is probably the beverage center - very cool design. Performance wise, I have had zero issues since we got this unit hooked up. We had tinker with the temperature a little bit. Refrigerator at 36 and freezer at -4 and everything is happy as clam. SmartThings app integration was seamless, not sure what's a practical use case of the smartthings app yet, but I am not complaining! Overall, very satisfied with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very pretty fridge with white glass. It is designed better than normal side-by-side, but not as good compared to the 4-door flex bespoke. The bottom drawers are small. The retractable shelf seems to be not holding up even at half full. I wish there is option to not have water filler and ice maker as a second fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is just too cute. The white panel doors are easy to clean, the sensor door opens quietly and when touched again. The door closes. Both sensors are well placed so that when freezer sensor touched, it does not open the refrigerator. The water dispenser and the water jug tuck away into the door panel, the shelf can hold 1 gallon milk and 1 gallon juice. I love this fridge.

After that, I bought the "Side by Side" refrigerator, taking the maintenance into consideration, due to the glass doors was easier to clean, and there were no hand prints, apart from the elegance and spaciousness that it is. But, something that marked not only my life but also that of my parents is that when my father had open heart surgery in the last December, and had so many appts, I was able to help them by not only drawing a calendar on one of the doors, but also drawing a Christmas tree, to cheer them up every day, since we even spent Christmas in the hospital. So I know, I made the best decision when buying the refrigerator and microwave, which is why I 100% recommend the Samsung "Bespoke" line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was very concerned about how a white glass refrigerator would look with our stainless steel appliances, and I have to say that it looks a lot better than he expected! The sleek, flat panel, handle free design almost makes it seem like a piece of art. The inside is no less special. It’s beautifully crafted with more space than what it seems to have. The storage options on the door are well thought out, and the air circulation system makes everything stay cold and fresh, from top to bottom. The all around lighting opens up the space too, making sure that all areas of the fridge receive the same amount of lighting. My favorite features have to be the drinking station and double ice bin. It’s very convenient to have a full jug of water always available, while also being able to get water from the door as needed. Also, as a sports family, the double ice bins come in handy. The small ice chips are great for drinks, while the larger size are perfect for coolers. The Bespoke collection of appliances is definitely next level and well worth it. I don’t think I can go back to owning anything else after this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok first of this refrigerator is absolutely stunning we are completely obsessed with the water dispenser and the ice maker . The design is very sleek . The freezer has plenty of space and cools so very fast. The only downside that I have been experiencing is that the shelves in the refrigerator start to sag with heavy items on it especially the one with the retractable glass shelf. So I would recommend not over filling it with heavy items . Once I figured out how to stock the fridge best it is worth it . Love the sensor that pops the doors open so cleaver . We couldn't be happier

I’m reviewing the second refrigerator that we received to replace the first one, which had a broken drawer. While having to empty the fridge and transport it out was a bit of a hassle, the replacement process itself was very smooth. Samsung responded very quickly to my replacement request, which makes me hopeful that if anything should ever happen to this beauty, I will get good service. The appliance itself is beautiful, keeps our items cold and frozen, and the price is a bargain. I feel that the arrangement of the shelves is very intelligent and the beverage center inside the door is a great idea. No fighting over who put the last fingerprint on the outside, either, the self opening mechanism works like a charm. I’m in love with this thing.

I like the wireless functions. while away I had to turn off ice maker and auto pitcher and was able to do that remotely. lots of room inside. auto pitcher is a great feature and we use it all the time much better than ice/ water outside of door great value for the money
