We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide evo Laundry Detergent Tiles, Original Scent. It must upsetting that the scent was too powerful causing such effect on your health. We understand scent is pretty subjective, and we appreciate you saying saying this is a good product and your feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. For a safer Tide evo alternative, I would advise you to try our Tide evo Free & Gentle which is formulated for people with sensitive skin, and it is also dye-free and scent-free. Please know, safety is our top priority, all our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed, so this isn’t what we would expect. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you as you used the Tide evo Original link and not the Spring Blast. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Tide.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Tide evo. We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns regarding the tiles not fully dissolving in your front-load washing machine. Tide evo is designed to dissolve instantly upon contact with water, and it is formulated to work effectively in all types of washing machines, including both front-loaders and top-loaders. However, there are a few factors that might affect the dissolution of the tiles: - Water Temperature: Tide evo is designed to perform exceptionally well in cold water, which can sometimes lead to slower dissolution if the water temperature is too low. Ensure that you are using the temperature setting indicated on the fabric care label of your garments. - Load Size: If the load is too large or packed tightly, it may prevent the tiles from moving freely and dissolving completely. For larger or extra-large loads, we recommend using two tiles to ensure optimal performance. - Machine Settings: Front-load machines may have different wash cycles that affect how long the detergent is in contact with water. If possible, try using a cycle that allows for a longer wash time or a more vigorous agitation. We take quality very seriously and want to ensure that you have the best experience with our product. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to us at (800) 879-8433. Our service team is here to assist you and understand what happened. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to resolve this issue for you soon!
