I must start by admitting that I have tried an array of nootropic products out in the market today. However, this is BY FAR the best! The mental clarity, the focus, the increase ability to grasp things is amazing! With a couple of days I noticed a difference and it continues 2 weeks in. I had severe head trauma some years ago, so obviously my cognitive abilities are not what they used to be. Thanks Onnit for this amazing product!

I'm finishing my first week on the 'new' formula'. I took the 'old' formula about a year ago and the side effects were too much for me (gave me the squirts). Now however I'm seeing incredible results. Not only is my concentration better, all the 'background noise' I was constantly wasting brain-cycles on just slides off my back now and I'm not worried about it. My mood has improved, I can control my appetite better (no more 'eating my feelings') and those things have improved my attitude over all. Now the only question I have is if I need to cycle off from time to time or not (I've read both yes/no). I think it should be tested for helping people with depression too. I've noticed a HUGE difference.

Cat’s claw bark for your joints, immunity and digestion plus much more. A lot of good blends to further help. Unfortunately the few times I did take it I had bad nausea. I couldn’t take it long enough to see the benefits so I can’t tell you there, my stomach just didn’t want to handle it. One other thing that I really didn’t like it there are only 15 days worth in the bottle. Honestly the cost alone would be enough for me to say no.

I definitely recommend to eat with food or it may bug your stomach. One bottle really only gets you 2 weeks worth of pills since dosage is 2 a day. Not FDA approved and no taste to note.

I have felt more focused and productive, especially this last week. (I am two weeks in) I love that it is caffeine free. It gives me that boost I need to get things done. I love it!!

It was simple packaging and easy to take pills. Not sure if would want to pay that price as I prefer pea tea for focus and omega's for brain health.

I purchased the two pack of Alpha brain as well as Shroomtech Sport about 3 weeks ago. I was SO excited to try it, after following Onnit for months and months and admiring how unique and straightforward their brand and campaign is. It's sad to say that I just did not notice any difference from taking this supplement. I've varied the days and scenarios when I take it, and if it is making a difference for me it is nothing that I can notice directly. I still have quite a few left, so I will continue taking them and update later. I understand that everyone has a different body composition and what might work for one might not work for another so I'm not bashing the product or saying its garbage....it just has not made a noticeable difference for me to justify the price of buying it again. I would recommend to try it, see if it works for you. I still appreciate the Onnit brand and goals.
