You have to take two pills a day so this is a very expensive package for you to be taking consistently. I do like that they don’t include caffeine in the ingredients list.

Ut haven't seen or felt any noticeable differences. However with most supplements 8 weeks or longer seems to be the driver in results. These had no strange smell and dis not upset my stomach while taking.

The ingredients seem good and there was no weird taste. A decent value and the packaging was good. But I couldn't take it past the first day due to feeling sick.
