Not exaggerating when I say- THE WORST migraine I have ever had the day after taking this product, once. Took with food, had plenty of water. I missed work the next day. Just not for me. Nothing against the company or anything, just didn’t work for me. Which is a bummer. Really would have liked to see the benefits I have seen others have!

I’ve been taking it for about a year or so now...and I took a break for about a month and I could not think at all...and to be honest I thought I was loosing my mind. Simple answers to problems I couldn’t even think of. But now being back Onnit (lol) I feel fully functional...well somewhat.

I've been taking Alpha Brain for two weeks and what I've noticed, unexpectedly, is that I'm drinking less coffee. I just don't feel I need it. I used to drink four cups before noon, not I drink two in the morning and most days, only need another half cup in mid afternoon.

I started using Alpha Brain two weeks ago, have been taking two pills every morning as soon as I wake up. So far, I have felt nothing. Not complaining, 'cuz I knew the product came with no guarantees, everyone's organism is different, etc., but I have experienced nothing so far.

I absolutely love "Alpha Brain" i started taking it about 30 days ago and i have to say its a very awesome 10% boost to what my brain already was functioning at ... ps. im 100% sober, don't drink caffeine and am already driven and focused... and i can honestly say that it does give me MORE DRIVE & FOCUS to do what i already do on a daily... 10 Stars!

First 2 days I took half dosage to ease into it, I felt no difference. Day 3, I look the full dosage with a light breakfast and it made my nauseous. I had yogurt and a apple for breakfast so I know it came from the supplements. I felt sick the rest of the day and haven't been willing to test out the supplements since.

I have nothing bad to say about Alpha Brain. I didn't experience any weird side effects, or anything that should give someone pause. I purchased the product knowing this may not work for me. I was hoping for the best but I didn't see any benefit when it came to memory, energy, or increased output. I don't doubt the product works for some, just didn't for this guy.

I highly recommend Alpha Brain! I’m a very scatter brained person that has a hard time sitting behind a desk. With the onset of Coronavirus, this has been my new reality. Alpha Brain has given me the ability to sit behind my desk for 8-9 hours and power through the work in front of me. I feel more focused, engaged and creative! This product is worth the cost.

I found this helped alot and have been taking it daily if coupled with my proper goal planning tasks and quiet time before I start my day - which is critical - or the day ends up planning me vs me planning my day. I follow Don Miller's "Here On A Mission" approach of writing out my top three priorities and working on those first and then if I have any gas left in the tank as the day progresses , moving on to my secondary task. No matter what I take , I will lose focus the most if I don't have a plan in place that I think about and write down. This supplement helps for sure alongside my other vitamins and supplements which I take. Basically, I will take Alpha Brain in the morning with food to help ensure proper absorption and occassionally will take an extra capsule if I have a project or task that requires extra mental attention in the afternoon. Being in my early 50's this approach helps later in the day as most people naturally start to lose mental effectiveness as the day goes on. Great product

Revolutionary in my experience. The amount of focus this supplement gives you is amazing. Took this before a mountain bike ride and smashed all my previous times. I was able to focus on lines, cadence and riding smooth. It was a weird “in the zone” feeling. Weird but good.
