I do have times where I can walk away from my desk and forget to finish working, but when I took these i "knew" I needed to focus. I did get more done, but not a huge jump in productivity.

Some days are long and hard, staying alert and on top of everything is top priority for me. I can only speak to how these have either helped me or didn’t help much. I believe these have helped me with staying focused on tasks, LONGER. On days when I am scattered, this helps me keep an orderly list without losing focus. I can get through classes with both my sons, vacuum the entire first floor, do laundry, and study my scriptures. This has come in handy and I’m definitely repurchasing. I know that on influenster you have to have the best photos and aesthetic with your pictures, and I don’t have that kind of time if I’m being honest. However, I do use everything and try it before hand, in order to give accurate reviews on how well/poorly something worked for me. I recommend these for those who need help staying focused.

I noticed a slight bit more energy though. They do contain generally good for you in ingredients like B6, L-Thyosine, L-Theanine and more, so I do think they are beneficial to your overall health. They are caffeine free., which is great. The tablets are pretty large, and you need to take 2. There are 15 servings in the bottle, so if you took daily, you would need 2 bottles per month. I think this is a good product overall, but I think they could be improved if the capsules were smaller and they had a more noticeable effect.

If you’re sensitive to smells this one might not be right for you as it is very strong. However, I did not seem to have an after taste at all. After using for 3 weeks, I could see slight improvement with being able to remember things. But I did have to stop using because I started getting really bad headaches. Once I stopped using the headaches went away. So in short, this will not be a product of personally recommend.

I bought the Alpha-Brain in powder form, individualized packets of powder. The taste is absolutely hideous to the point of nausea. I believe it could be the sweetener used. The taste and sensation afterward seems toxic to me; just horrible. The capsule form is ok.
