Got to try Alpha Brain on the free trial. I’m a huge fan of Onnit’s fitness tools, and given the amount of money I drop during their Semi-Annual sales, I admittedly wanted Alpha Brain to be BS, but it’s simply not. I had it with breakfast and by late morning, I felt like I was in a new gear. I feel productive, motivated, energized, and just overall happier. I’ve tried the Alpha Brain Instant and didn’t have any of the same juice, but the capsules really worked well for me. A bit pricey, but given I haven’t found any supplement that gave me this result, I can’t argue the price.

Especially on days that I’m tired because that’s when I struggle the most. No taste or smell to the capsules is a big plus. The only con is that this is only a 15 day supply since I take two a day.

I really wanted to like this product as I've liked all the other Onnit products I've tried, but the first time I took this, I got extremely nauseous and vomited 4 times. I had to leave work and then laid in bed for the rest of the day. So I waited about two weeks or so, and I tried it again. I got nauseous again, but I didn't vomit. I don't know if my body is adjusting, but I am not planning on taking the rest of the bottle.

I was shocked how much I was going to like these capsules. After I started taking them, my boyfriend asked how I liked them because he had heard Joe Rogan rave about Onnit on his podcast. I told him that although it does make my heart beat a lot faster at resting times, I was astonished about the affect it had on my dreams!!! Usually my dreams are cloudy or hazy and never make any sense. They are discombobulated and things morph from one thing to another. After taking this (1st night), my dreams were so clear visually as well as things were slowed down like as if I was watching a movie I had seen before and knew what was coming next. I rarely have lucid dreams but I felt very much in control of these ones. In turn, when I woke up, I felt much more relaxed and well rested. I took these pills with dinner so this reaction might correlate to them still being in my system when I went to bed. I’m going to try another bottle but this time, I’m going to take them in the morning and see if my dreams are as clear.

I am a busy mom and don’t eat until midday so I waited to take the pills until then. I did notice a difference in my ability to focus but I can’t really tell the difference with memory. I took two capsules in the morning along with a bagel since the label says a light meal. There was no taste when it went down which was good. I then went about my day and by midday I felt terribly sick. I was unable to do anything for the rest of the day. I did not take anymore since I was afraid of the same effects. This may work for some people but it did not work for me.
