I have been taking Aloha Brain daily for 3 weeks now. I take it in the morning after I eat breakfast. Once taken, I don’t notice any effects until about an hour later. I work in sales and I’m constantly talking to people in person or on the phone. I find that I can find the right words to say so much easier. I’m more confident in myself and my overall attitude is a lot better. I don’t procrastinate as much and I feel like I come off more sincere and genuine than usual. I’ve also noticed that my urge to drink alcohol has been reduced, not completely, but definitely less than normal. Because of that I am more inclined to go to the gym and eat a healthy meal rather than an easy fast food option. In general, I like who I am better now that I am taking it.
