I finished the bottle, and the only thing I noticed was I had a little bit more patience throughout the day! I ordered another bottle and see what the full 30 days would be like, but i don't notice a difference, then they will be a no for me! Thank you, Influenster, for letting me try these out!

This stuff really works! Been using Onnit products for over ten years now particularly Alpha Brain because it really does work! When I take this stuff I feel a lot sharper and more focused especially for Jiu Jitsu training, it's like my brain is firing on all cylinders. When I take it on days that I'm feeling groggy or didn't get the best sleep I immediately feel like I can take on the day! Do yourself a solid and get this stuff you will not regret it!

I bought this several months ago to try after hearing some others that had success with it. I feel slightly more awake but not sure if that was the supplement or placebo. After taking for a week or so I started having diarrhea and thought it may be from the Alpha Brain so I stopped. After not taking it for a while I tried it again this morning. I feel absolutely terrible. Jitters, anxiety, and feel like I'm going to get sick. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried taking these supplements in the morning with my breakfast. I’m not really sure about the benefits, but they did make me feel a little more awake. They are easy to swallow and as long as you don’t bite into them, don’t have an aftertaste.

After a few hours after taking I had terrible nausea. I had to lay in bed the rest of the day and it didn’t go away until the next day. I took two capsules with a light meal, as directed…This was my first time trying and unfortunately I’m definitely not ever taking this again.

Use it day-to-day with Information Technology work. I'm a system administrator at a decent size company and interact with machines and people each and every day. My conversations tend to be more solid. As in, I'm quick on my feet with responses (mental agility). I'm also quicker with solving solutions in our datacenter and with our ordinary workstations. Additionally, it's much easier to focus on those more "boring" tasks. I take 3 pills a day and certainly feel it. It works for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got these a while ago and my husband started taking them he has been forgetting the smallest things and he feels all over the place he said these have help him come a lot he was skeptical because we have never tried anything from this brand but he said they have been working of course not over night and is not a huge change everything takes time but he feels more balanced and focus

However, I feel like there are days when it's not really doing anything. I'm not honestly not sure. The capsules are easy to swallow and I do like the packaging a lot.
