Highly recommend Alpha Brain, definitely clears my fog. To the people who have experienced nausea, I did experience nausea for the first 2 days of taking AB, but I persisted and gave it one more go. On the third day it was like a switch was flicked, my focus arrived and the fog disappeared. I got into a cleaning “zone” and organized junk drawers and I have terrible cleaning ocd. Did it help? Yes! But the SIDE EFFECTS! Within maybe an hour or two of trying these, two days in a row, I became extremely nauseous and dizzy. So much so the I could not hold up my head when lying down. If they work for you, great… But to some people they’re dangerous! And they are not a good value for the money, there are way cheaper, better products that don’t make you sick!

I have previously used alpha brain and it seemed to work fine. I bought it again last week and this time taking 2 capsules with a meal makes me feel sick. I think the formula maybe changed? The capsules look differently. I want the old alpha brain back :(
