I did try it for close to a week. After taking it for three days I noticed that it really wasn’t doing much. Maybe it had a slight affect, and I just don’t notice it.

I went and got my usual mozzarella sticks for lunch and for some reason it tasted off. Then my chin started twitching excessively and I developed a lisp. I started freaking out thinking I was having an allergic reaction to the food or something but turns out it was the supplement. The excessive twitching moved onto my neck, chest, and stomach. I thought I was gonna have to rush to the ER instead of going camping. We had to suddenly pull over for me to throw up and then find a bathroom shortly after. The effects lasted all day. I was absolutely miserable. If you try this product, I recommend doing half the dose it says just in case. This honestly has me afraid to try another supplement :(

(A lot) I personally thought they made me feel very weird. So I stopped taking them after the first try and gave them to my boyfriend who is saying he loves how they make him feel. He feels a lot more focused at work and I personally feel like his moods been better but they’re just so expensive!

With products like this it’s always advisable to consult with your doctor especially when you have pre-existing conditions. There is no caffeine and it’s gluten free. The capsules are easy to swallow. I sometimes have difficulty focusing and this product did help me to be more alert and concentrate better after only a couple uses. Following the recommended dosage, I experienced nausea with a slight headache. I found taking 1 every other day works best for me. The cost for a month’s supply is pretty steep but will last longer by cutting the dose in half. I don’t know if I would purchase regularly because I’m not sure it’s 100% safe.

As someone who works from home a lot and has a job that requires a lot of mental capacity, this product has been life changing. It definitely has made me think clearly, even when I’m overwhelmed or if I’m having a long day. I have to say make sure you accompany this with a healthy meal. I did take this after having fast food and it did upset my stomach a bit. It’s a simple capsule so this product doesn’t really taste like anything and it’s easy to digest.
