One star for my personal experience, the first day i thought it was great, was noticeably energized focused and motivated. After day one (had 14 day supply) I felt as if it wasn’t doing anything positive, after a week I stopped using it. Just not for me, I believe what I felt on day one was all mental

First couple of mornings taking it, it was on an empty stomach and it gave me a stomachache. Once I started taking it with a light meal, that went away. I did notice a clarity while taking it and was able to have better conversation with my clients. The major con I have is that one bottle is a 2 pill serving so it only lasts 15 days. I am a 34 year old male living in NH. I would recommend it to a friend.

very skeptical of this. but i do feel like it helps to provide some mental clarity to aid in the ability to focus a bit better. its not super effective ut i feel like you can notice effects, ie less stumbling over words, hand eye coordination gets a bit better. the price point is ok when its on sale vs not, the effectiveness of the product i feel is debatable

It’s difficult to rate supplements because, after years of supplementing my workouts during my teens and twenties, I learned how supplements affect each individual differently. What works for one may not work for another. I did not notice any benefits from Alpha Brain. That’s not to say it won’t have a beneficial impact on someone else. I give it one star because I did not notice any benefit.

I have the worst memory. I’m distracted easily and then forget what I was doing. Alpha Brain keeps me on task and focused. My family and coworkers can tell the difference when I take it versus when I run out. It has become a necessary part of my work life.

Post stroke fatigue was really difficult for me. I had brain fog till afternoon and was sleeping twelve hours. After aloha brain the fatigue and focus improved. I’m functioning now and I wasn’t before., the pill is hard to swallow and I can only take one a day but have seen improvement. If I don’t take a few days, I can tell by how I wake up. I’m not cured but it has helped a lot.

If you are at all skeptical about alpha brain let me be the first to tell you that this product does what it claims to do and more! I’ve been taking alpha brain for just under 1 month now and my cognitive memory and focus is beyond what I expected from the product. I am definitely a lifetime user from now on and 5/5 would recommend to anyone even curious about the product.

Pricey but is pretty great. Dont reccomend the instant, due to taste. But mix it with a mio and its fine. If the medicinal taste wasn't present, perfect product. No high or jitters, only clarity that isn't apparent till you're in the zone. Great job.

It's early days but Ithink it works. I have so much going on at the moment and I would usually have melted down by now, but it seems to have helped me to prioritise and not just shut down and hide. Small gains all around from word recall, memory and get up and go, but together they are making a difference.
