I was really looking forward to these, but did not get the results I was looking for at first. The side effects of taking this were very strong, and mainly consisted of headaches, nausea, and just completely put my mood down. I tried it two days in a row with 2 pills to see if it was just fluke the first time, but it definitely was not. I now take 1 and I recommend starting off with 1 pill as opposed to the 2 that is instructed to ease your way into these. You definitely feel something taking these.

My bf was skeptical before purchasing. But even in one day we noticed improved energy, focus, and mood. In really surprised with how quickly it worked. Typically he takes it in the AM before work and he says it has improved his overall performance and mood. I’m purchasing more for him today, it really is well worth it!

Have listened to JRE podcast for years, and always wondered about Alpha Brain, but I am a skeptic. So happy I overcame my apprehension. Sharpens the mind and adds just the right amount of energy and focus. Alpha Brain is worth every penny of the cost. I hand them out to friends and family. I have yet to hear a single person say they did not feel some type of beneficial effect.

After hearing about Alpha Brain on JRE I thought I'd try it out. After the first week I can confidently say I've noticed general performance upticks in memory, particularly with numbers in my experience, I've often been able to track motion and quick movements faster, and have found myself to be more relaxed and tension free for the most part. (Although I have also started meditation so that could be part of it). Anyways, the point is I do believe Alpha Brain is legit, and now that its been closer to a month of daily use now, I can also tell when I don't take Alpha Brain. Great product, I'm not sure if everyone will have similar experiences, but that's what I have experienced. 5/5

I was very skeptical. I bought it and tried if for a week. Stopped for a week and did that several times. I wanted to make sure I wasn't just getting some placebo effect. It doesn't give you 'more' energy but the amount of focus I had did seem to increase. It's like everything is clearer and I'm able to solve problems much faster. I'm also more motivated to be active. Not because of any energy increase but my lazy brain, who loves to procrastinate, never reared its ugly head.

Was extremely excited about this product hearing all the reviews and witnessing the great effect it had on a friend who has deficiencies from TBI’s but I’ve been taking my 90ct bottle for weeks now and feel no different. Also no recognizable increase in memory or focus. I even forgot to take it first thing one morning, like I had been 2 weeks prior. The first week I had bad headaches that lasted all day until I went to sleep. Not saying it doesn’t work for some but it’s not for me.

I have nothing bad to say about Alpha Brain. I didn't experience any weird side effects, or anything that should give someone pause. I purchased the product knowing this may not work for me. I was hoping for the best but I didn't see any benefit when it came to memory, energy, or increased output. I don't doubt the product works for some, just didn't for this guy.

Taking 2 of these got rid of my 3pm grogginess. Instead of pounding coffee throughout the day these just keep me sharp. Feels like my brain is working at 100% till I hit my bed at night. A bit pricey is the only complaint and keeping me from putting it on a subscription. Good stuff regardless

Works well. It's not this ultimate energy supplement that makes you want to run around doing stuff but once you push yourself to get up and start going, before you know it, it's the end of the day and you've been steady working and accomplishing tasks.

It really does work. I have always had foggy brain recently with all the stress in my life as a graduate student. Truly actually helps me form sentences without messing up words and helps me slow down my speech and keeps me locked in. I dont really trust stiff like this but the natural ingredients make me feel so much better. I would love to become a sponsor for this because it is actually something I believe helps me.
