Alpha brain helps me be more productive and focused at work without all the negative affects of other stimulants. But I think it’s even more helpful when I’m playing shows. I’m able to be more present and feel in a flow state with alpha brain. Highly recommended.

Not long after beginning Alpha Brain you begin to notice subtle, but profound, changes in your energy levels, cognitive map, and ability to pull from your long term memory particularly. In my opinion it seems to balance out the brain in a harmonious way that it's barely noticeable at times but in retrospect (course of a month) you realize how much more willing you were to do the extra research, run the extra mile, or nail a proposal at the office with ease. Then you realize it very well could have made all the difference. This is definitely a product worth trying.

I’m a skeptic on most stuff but i did a little research and found that was a healthy alternative to energy drinks and caffeine I’m 52 a little over weight.This has been the best boost of alertness and energy I have found I feel better even healthier

I honestly do notice that my short- and medium-term memory improves when using Alpha Brain. I just take one capsule daily in the morning on workdays (cycling off on the weekends) and I'm appreciative of the effects of the product. My mental acuity is good and I'm happy the product isn't caffeinated, and that it doesn't require taking 6+ capsules at a time like many overpriced competitors.

Definitely have felt more focused lately and productive which is huge for me. Personally I find it works best with some caffeine, but I enjoy that it doesn't contain it. I get caffeine from plenty of other sources. I will say that it's subtle and you don't really know it's working until hindsight when you realize how many projects you actually accomplished, or how much you actually learned or remembered.

Tried this due to negative physical effects (heart racing)and zero mental effects of caffeine. Alpha Brain seems to provide a good mental boost with almost zero physical effects. I take only one pill before work. Possible it contributes to a very mild headache and I have some trouble falling alseep the day I take it. It's like my brain doesn't turn off.

Had a bad reaction to this the first time I took it as directed. I tried it again the next day just to be sure it was in fact Alpha I was reacting to. Same thing. Nauseous, dizzy, generally unwell feeling. It was progressive and lasted most of day, into the evening.

This Product helped me feel slightly more "awake" but not like caffeine alone, more like a 5% dose of hallucinogenic, 2% uppers, 3% steroids, and the rest filler. I think at some time i did feel slightly more "on my game" but nothing more than a healthy good night's sleep with a good breakfast and vitamin B wouldn't do. Not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle. I would only recommend using this product if you have already maxxed out your naturally healthy habits and are looking for an edge. Maybe then it would provide a few percentage of help, but for 99% of users, this is surely a waste of your money. Give it a try if you must, but don't be fooled by the offers. Start slow and pay attention to what you're doing at the same time. If you're lowering your alcohol intake or changing your mind set at the same time, it's likely that which is giving you a burst of progress.

This is my first time taking a neural supplement and I was shocked by the experience. I felt far more focused and it has now become a critical part of my routine. I'm able to do my job at a much higher level now and can accomplish way more than what I was doing before.
