I took alpha brain for a couple weeks and noticed by the end of my workday. I still had some energy and more clarity. Recommended to a friend gave him a weeks worth to try, he did. Said he thought he felt better but not sure. A week later he went and bought his own bottle and now takes daily as I do. good project.

Hard to describe, I'm aware it could be a placebo effect, but after a few weeks of alpha brain I started feeling sharper. I read and study a lot, and I noticed a difference in my ability to learn and the clarity of my recall. How much more? Hard to say, 20% improvement? I look at as give your body protein after a workout to ensure it can rebuild the muscles, and the right nutrition for the brain to repair/create connections. It's surprising how much people care about skin products, protein shakes etc. but have nothing in their kitchen for their brain. I'm going to reorder 90 days.

I have tried these twice, one pill one day and two pills another day. I think there’s an ingredient that is making me really sick. One day I threw up four times at work and the other I had to pull over to throw up. I really wish these had worked because I need them to and also because I bought three bottles

Alpha Brain, Works! Maybe a little to much... I took 2 capsoles before bedtime and the next day remembered what I dreamed about... F-16 fighter pilot.. I believe this supplement works with the attention of not think of it working.. That said I been taking 2 capsoles in the morning and at night.. My productivity and memory has improved and recalling words is a breeze.. I believe if your thinking of this supplement as the Movie we all watched at one point or another. Limitless then your wrong... This supplement work with the ideal goal in mind that it boost your brain energy to the next level. But in turn it's still your motivation and ability. To keep going forward in life.. changes will happen with out you knowing it happen.. Believing that the supplement that you're taking will show you a different side of yourself than you're totally wrong... Believe in it with prove you wrong.. It's the small things, daily life schedule, and routine that you use. That will show you how it works in your life..

I like how subtle it feels, the effect is undeniable though. I notice it the most when I try to remember names and dates. I’ve also noticed that the word that is ‘on the tip of your tongue’ doesn’t take minutes, or a google search to find. A definite recommend!

Improved my memory and focus, like it said it would, which is imperative for my line of chaotic work. I felt like I could organize my priorities in my head quickly and without having to dwell on them. It feels like a wave of clarity throughout my day. Almost like the capacity to organize a ton of thoughts at once has become innate. My vocabulary has improved. I don't forget words for certain things. I feel like I'm functioning at a higher level. And I had my doubts!!!

Can't tell if it actually works. Would have some peace of mind if the supplement was tested by 3rd party for its purity and dosage accuracy. Full dose actually gave me headaches, had to dial it back a pill. Will try for another week then come off to see if there's a difference.

So ive been taking alpha brain memory and focus everyday since I recieved it. To be honest i havent felt a difference, but im still interested in the black label, just wish they has a smaller size to try it out. Shroom tech, is awesome i take it about an hour before my work out, amd it does make a big difference. I can push through my pump more and my recovery is way better than without!

I'm an air traffic controller and ever since I started taking alpha brain I've noticed a big difference. Call it a placebo affect or whatever this stuff is legit. I've always been good at my job you have to be. But since I've started taking Alpha Brain I've been even more on point. Not just work but even my Jiu Jitsu has improved. Feels like you understand the technical things a little better. I love this stuff.
