[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good product to help you concentrate, I like that they are capsules, they are easy to take and they are 2 daily, it is not complicated, it is important to take them with food because if you take them without eating, it makes you sick and you get to vomit, but they are a good supplement.

I finally started to notice I was getting tasks done without getting distracted to do something else as I typically do. I am a little hesitant to take 2 capsules but will try and see if the focus is more noticeable. I didn’t notice any taste particularly. Comes in a normal pill bottle. Not sure I’m totally sold on this product yet.

Since starting Onnit Alpha Brain I have noticed right away - my focus is on point, i am very productive, feel very energetic and the overall mood is just great. I do have one side effect - which is still being very alert at night and having trouble falling asleep at my usual time. Which makes me think I will cut the dose in half and see how that works. My partner however has a completely different experience - his body just doesn't handle it at all - he has digestive issues, nausea, and muscle twitching. So be aware that it's not for everyone. Start slow, with half a dose with a meal and see how it works for you!

I’m a very health focused person and as I get older I’m looking for more vitamins that can help me in the future. I like the the name of the product and I looked it primary focus. I don’t like the smell of the product and it doesn’t taste well. I will definitely look into other products that this company has and tell others about it.

This is the first product I have ever ordered from Onnit. I heard about Alpha Brain from Joe Rogan's Podcast. This product is absolutely amazing. It has help my focus enormously and I feel that I am able to manage time in a more proficient way compared to before. This will be a product that I will keep coming back to buy. At first I was a little hesitant because of the price but it is totally worth it in my opinion. AND THE DREAMS!!! Absolutely worth buying if you need help being more productive and more focused.

I noticed a significant help in terms of “focus” and memory which made work life a little bit easier trying to juggle everything. Serving size is 2 capsules and what’s best is they are caffeine free and also gluten free.
