I take two a day the pills are average sized they’re pretty easy to swallow and he after taste isn’t terrible. The supplements are made with high quality ingredients. So far I haven’t noticed any significant improvement in my cognitive skills but I’m hopeful I will feel more focused.

Think this product can be effective if taken daily for me I was not actually using it like recommended to receive the full effect. The taste is not bad and I feel that it is a good quality and cost. It claims to promote mental clarity and help with focus and reaction time and I didn’t experience any of that. It doesn’t taste like anything which is good, but I definitely would not have purchased this product.

Easy to use if you can swallow pills and has no taste. Not sure if I noticed any real difference in my cognitive abilities but will continue to use until the bottle is out just in case.

While it helps with memory and focus as it claims, it causes tummy issues every time I take it. I’ve ensured I take it with a small meal as advised, but it still upsets my stomach. It defeats the purpose of taking it because I can't focus on a project/get work done when I'm running to the bathroom every half an hour.
