I didn't get much energy from them I also don't know if I was much more clear-headed during the day as the claim. I have never had any luck with any of these pills saying they will give you energy and focus during the day. But maybe it will be different for someone else. You may have to try them and see for your self.

Quality ingredients like L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine,vitamin B6 for instance. I think it’s a little pricey since you only get 30 capsules per bottle and you take 2 a day.

When I purchased my first bottle about 1 year ago, it did not work for me. But, I was also taking the minimum dose. 1 capsule. I decided a couple weeks ago to give it a second try and take the maximum dose (2 capsules). I am extremely happy that I did. Plain and simple, it works. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast and feel focused through bedtime. Over 12 hours. I break down most of my days (I have them planned out). If I sit down and tell myself that I am going to dedicate 30 minutes to guitar practice, I end up doing 1 hour plus. An hour walk ends up to be almost 2 hours, 30 minutes of reading.... 45 min+. You get the idea. I'm so focused that I always want to do more. I wouldn't say that my dreams are lucid, but they are definitely detailed and I dream about every night that I take Alpha Brain. Or I should say, I remember the dreams. As long as Alpha Brain is on the market, I will keep buying it. It's worth the money in my book.

This helped my mother feel like she was back to being smart and sharp again. When she implemented these into her med routine, she felt a difference but we seen the difference! Just try them!

I absolutely had to try this. I have a very temperamental thyroid and even though I take care of myself and baby my thyroid; I sometimes need a little help. I have a toddler and a job that need my undivided attention. Adding Alpha Brain to my routine has been an overall positive experience.

I tried a NUMBER of holistic remedies, Ginko Baloba, B-complexes to name two. I own my own business so stress reduction wasn't a viable option. Increased sleep wasn't effective either; then while listening to a JRE episode I heard Joe talk about Alpha Brain Memory and Focus. I had literally nothing to lose so I ordered a bottle. It wasn't overnight but pretty close- I still forgot stuff but I'd remember it in my driveway versus the moment I needed it at the office (literal game changer!). Now I don't forget the routine stuff period. Now when I'm on a project I am not as easily distracted as before. My productivity is up and as a result so is my profitability. However, I really liked the ease in which you can swallow the pill and that the supplement had no flavor. It was greatly appreciated! It also did not upset my stomach as some supplements have in the past. I will have to continue taking over the next few months to determine if it really does help with my brain health!
