Part of me wonders if it’s the placebo effect but I do notice a change when I take this. I like how you only have to take one a day and its ingredients are great. It’s a good value for the 30 capsules. There is a slight aftertaste and the pills are slightly large which doesn’t bother me but may bother others. Super sleep bottle that is easy to use and store.

Im sure my experience with this product is not because of a failed product, but its just not a match for me and my body. Ive really tried to force myself to like this product brought a instant powder before then tried the pills, both send me to my bed feeling really bad, nauseous, with a decreased appetite. i'm sure my experience isn't common, based on the fact that alpha brain is made of supplements its just probably something my body doesn't need.
