I haven't had more energy or more focus to do anything. They are a little hard to swallow. They tend to get stuck in the throat so you have to make sure you have a full cup of water with it But other than that yeah it didn't work for me.

I had bought this initially due to curiosity and coming up to a huge period with exams and assignments piling up heavily I thought let give it a shot. This product is truly awesome, I could definitely feel that my focus is a lot sharper and found myself recalling words without using a thesaurus during assignments. The biggest thing for me however was how much it helped with my sleep quality. Having very rarely had any dreams (average once or so a month) to every single night dreaming and waking up feeling 10x better than usual, this product is has my huge stamp of approval. Highly recommended and already getting my friends onnit as well!

Very easy addition to your daily vitamin intake and no bizarre after taste. The pills are standard gel caps, but if you have issues with that, just split your dosage. Overall, it did help with my clarity and focus.

In short, I tried the two pills a day for the first few days, it made me horribly nauseous after 4-5 hours of digesting the pills. I slimmed it down to 1 per day vs two for about a week, I wasn't nauseous, but I also was getting horrible gas pains and LOTS of anxiety, little sleep as well. Overall this product wasn't for me. I wouldn't suggest it.
