I do appreciate that it doesn't taste nasty, and I also like that the capsules aren't incredibly huge. These were very easy to take and, from what I'm able to see, they are actually doing what they claim they will do.

I was initially a little worried by the size of the supplement, but it went down easily and didn’t upset my stomach. I tried it with coffee and without, and definitely felt like with a cup of coffee it was a good combo.

I have to start by saying that I was skeptical and not sure but I was willing to try something different. I am an addict/alcoholic with mental health issues and when I say I've tried everything, that is an understatement. Finally I was like let me try this and see what happens and at first, nothing but then a few weeks went by and let me tell you, this has changed and saved my life and I absolutely recommend it to anyone. The thing is you have to be patient and as an addict that is hard to do since instant gratification is in my DNA... I began taking Alpha Brain about 3 months ago after hearing about it on the Joe Rogan Podcast and wanted to report my results. I started taking some other supplements at the same time and wasn't sure that the Alpha Brain was producing the amazing mental clarity, focus, creativity and improved brain function I was experiencing, until I forgot to reorder and ran out. Within half an hour of receiving my order and taking 2 pills, I was feeling the benefits again. I have no question at this point that the Alpha brain was producing the improvements and I will NOT be running out of it again. This is the real deal and I can't recommend it enough!!!

After just a week of using it, I felt more awake and clear-headed, but not jittery like I get with coffee. It helps me stay focused on my work without wandering thoughts. I take two capsules as the bottle says, and it doesn’t mess with my sleep at all. If you want a boost in focus without the coffee shakes, this stuff is great.

This stuff is working for me... I took the recommended dose with my breakfast and started working on my laptop (instead of going onto YouTube to watch mindless videos). After about 45 minutes I realized that I was EXTREMELY focused on what I was doing. I'm usually pretty easily distracted and procrastinate minor things, but now I just do things. When I'm multi-tasking, sometimes it takes me 10/20 seconds to get back in the flow when I switch from one thing to another... it's like 5 seconds or less today :) I don't know how the people leaving negative reviews are using this or what their expectations are, but if you look at the clinical studies... you'll see it gives you an edge, it doesn't turn you into a superhuman like the dude in the movie Limitless. There is a quote from the movie that seems fitting though, "It works better if you're already smart." ie: if you're already a bright, productive, and focused person it will likely amplify that. If you're taking it to make up for an ABSENCE of productivity/focus, I doubt you'll receive any benefit. There's no magic bullet for that... I noticed a difference... Try it out for yourself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s nothing wrong with Alpha BRAIN, so I’ll start there. However, I had such high hopes for this and it just didn’t work out. There’s no taste, the capsules are easy to swallow. The ingredients are fine - anyone leery of a capsule full of B vitamins probably wouldn’t be seeking out a nootropic anyway. That said, this supplement is expensive and definitely overhyped. Not in a “bad” way, but in an “ineffective” way. They seemed to give a boost the first day, but then just…. Nothing. That’s okay though, because they might work for someone else! If you’re looking to try these, I say go for it. They’re perfectly safe, natural, and may give you a kick in the booty. I’ll stick to green tea.
