Just started using it, BUT, after an 8 hour day of work, plus coming home to 3 kids who all want attention I'm normally dead brained by the time I sit down to do my homework finishing up my degree. Day 1, I had no mental fog while completing assignments and didn't notice myself in the normal distracted state I get by 2100 at night. Absolutely changed how attentive I am and how focused I can stay to complete brain exhausting tasks late at night.

I'm finishing my first week on the 'new' formula'. I took the 'old' formula about a year ago and the side effects were too much for me (gave me the squirts). Now however I'm seeing incredible results. Not only is my concentration better, all the 'background noise' I was constantly wasting brain-cycles on just slides off my back now and I'm not worried about it. My mood has improved, I can control my appetite better (no more 'eating my feelings') and those things have improved my attitude over all. Now the only question I have is if I need to cycle off from time to time or not (I've read both yes/no). I think it should be tested for helping people with depression too. I tried taking it for 7 days to give it time to get in my system but I only made it 6. This would probably work for most people. The ingredients are great and who wouldn’t love to be more focused.
