[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aloha Brain supplements are okay. They are a normal sized vitamin/pill with no taste and easy to swallow. I wanted to live this product but honestly didn’t notice much difference in my ability to focus or be productive. It may be slightly effective in a placebo effect type of way but nothing truly noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard about Alpha Brain first at Joe Rogan’s podcast and I was so excited to try it. I am very busy between work and home and I always multi-task , expected some benefits from this supplement. However it gave me and my husband horrible side effects. From the first day I was nauseas, I had terrible headache, and started to have trouble to sleep. My husband wanted to try after me having side effects, he didn’t experience nausea but he had headaches and dizziness. I kept using it thought maybe my body needed time to adjust to it but no!!! I also didn’t experience any benefits or side effects were horrible enough to mask any cognital improvements. It’s an expensive supplement and I would expect a lot better for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is quite simple to open and the lid screws off easily. You take two of these a day. The pills are pretty average sized. They don’t really have a taste. I do feel like they helped my brain a bit. I would probably need to take them longer to see if it really does have cognitive improvements. It did help me feel more alert. You only get a 15 day supply in one bottle and they are a bit expensive for me. I may consider buying them if they were cheaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried Onnit Alpha Brain and was excited for a focus boost and it definitely delivered on that front. But, the downsides? Big ones for me. The "comedown" was rough—felt nauseous and it seriously messed with my sleep, waking me up every hour. Loved the focus, not the side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I was apprehensive about trying this product, but I was actually impressed! Definitely noticed more focus, since I’m usually very distracted. Great ingredients too. No weird aftertaste either, which is a nice bonus.

This is the only mental focus supplement I have ever taken that I was positive I could tell a difference. I feel more focused, and I am driven to finish tasks. Please put it in a simple bottle and cut the cost. The cost is making me consider discontinuing usage.

On my second month of alpha brain now, when I started I was somewhat skeptical, but now I'm definitely sold. After about 3-4 days I started to notice more mental alertness and clarity and better over all memory recall. I used to not be able to function without my calendar, not being able to remember appointment times and meetings, now I can remember many appointments and openings without having to consult my calendar. I feel more alert in class and getting up in the morning is easier. I train Jiu-Jitsu as well, and I've noticed improvements in memory of techniques and spotting openings in my opponents defenses. Definitely recommend this product. (I Started krill oil, and spirulina at the same time)
