No joke! Be careful not to take this too late in the night because this will keep you awake. Just take this during the day. I’m surprised I haven’t gotten curious about the ingredients. I noticed that I was able to be more focused, remember things better, and slower to over react. I really feel like this product helped make a positive difference! No taste and a great value for your money.

I heard of alpha brain in the JRE podcast for a while now, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately I did not feel a difference. I took 2 pills a day for 15 days and I did not have lucid dreaming or any effect at all. The only thing that I felt was one day at work I was really focused but I don't think it was alpha brain because I could not recreate that focus with this supplement. I would like to keep trying it but it's a bit expensive to buy twice a month. I really wanted it to work.
