Also i would take a "break" but that break would be watching a television show for hours. But taking these supplements I've noticed positive results! I'm not lagging, I want to finish a task before starting another one. I'm getting more done! I'm definitely more focused! I still take "breaks" but then im right back at it instead of being a couch potato. I haven't had any negative issues. No nasty aftertaste, no jitters and no crashing. I get peaceful sleep! So I highly recommend it!

I'd like to see an additional study done with alpha brain regarding the body's adaptation to taking it. The ingredients do what Onnit claims they do, and that is backed up by clinical research. However, I would like to see a study completed in which baseline levels (prior to alpha brain usage) of cognitive function are measured, then alpha brain is implemented just as it was in the pilot study, but then discontinue use of alpha brain and measure cognitive effects the following week, month, and year. A comparison of these performances would provide valuable information about how your body adjusts to the stimulus of Alpha brain, particularly Huperzia serrata in the long term, as it has been suggested that your body down-regulates its natural production of acetylcholine in response to prolonged usage if Huperzia serrata. If this is the case, regardless of how many precursors the body is supplied with, your cognitive performance will (theoretically) return to baseline while still taking the product and potentially drop below the original baseline level of cognitive function if the product is withdrawn (similar to anabolic steroid users who quit using steroids and experience a rebound drop in testosterone). I believe this research would prove valuable to customers and enable them make a more informed decision.

I’ve been taking nootropics for a while now and I was excited to try the highly recommended alpha brain, ordered it on subscription base to get a discount and mostly because I figured it was a good supplement due to all the reviews, the first day I took two capsule which is the recommended dose and I felt pretty alright, went and worked out and felt fine, then afterwards started to feel nauseous and dizzy, and it felt like my head was getting hot, had to lie down for a while. Figured it was something else, then the next day I took two capsule again with food and 30 min later I felt nauseous and dizzy again, and really out of it. The next day I didn’t take it at all and I felt fine, THEN the day after that I took only one capsule and felt sick again, for some reason this stuff makes me feel sick and the only focus I had was on not dying lol. Maybe it’s just me though, according to most of the reviews this product works great. Just not for me I guess

I did a little bit of research and I found that a lot of people had side effects, which made me nervous so I waited to try it until I had two days off in a row. I took it day one with a small meal and monitored my vitals for the next 15 minutes. I didn’t have nausea or lightheadedness or any of the other quick acting symptoms that some people reported. I also didn’t feel more focused over the course of the day. The next day I took it again and I did feel a little bit lightheaded for the first hour, but after that, I definitely felt more focused, a lot of people reported that they found themselves cleaning, I found myself making lists of things that I wanted to get done for work the next day. I’ve been taking it now for a week. I don’t have any other side effects other than occasionally feeling lightheaded in the morning, I do feel more focused and I’d like to attribute it to this product. I think I’ll need to take it for the full 30 days to be able to truly evaluate but this campaign is going to end before that so I wanted to get my review posted. I will definitely get at least one more bottle of this because I do feel more productive

As days go on I find my self knowing why I walk into a room and that project I put to the side months ago is finally accomplished. I usually do get distracted easily without it. Pill size is pretty typical for supplements.
