I didn't notice a difference in memory or focus, but reaction time was on point. I'd be willing to try again for a longer period of time to see if there's any changes .

As someone who works from home a lot and has a job that requires a lot of mental capacity, this product has been life changing. It definitely has made me think clearly, even when I’m overwhelmed or if I’m having a long day. I have to say make sure you accompany this with a healthy meal. I did take this after having fast food and it did upset my stomach a bit. It’s a simple capsule so this product doesn’t really taste like anything and it’s easy to digest.
