It doesn’t have any taste easy to drink no side effects in overall super effective and definitely help me focus more definitely kept me concentrated specially at church when it’s really easy to loose focus 10/10 definitely recommend and I would definitely buy again

Think this product can be effective if taken daily for me I was not actually using it like recommended to receive the full effect. The taste is not bad and I feel that it is a good quality and cost. I just got the bottle in the mail yesterday and I realized that it says serving is 2 pills A-day. So they say 3rd account on the website right and you've just assumed with common sense that that's 30 days worth one month of supply, Which is what most pills and supplements are; a 30 day bottle. This product came in a tiny bottle with 30 count but the bottle was less than half full. I went to all of my other supplements that I take for everything else and they are all at least overhalf whole when you get them. This is incredibly frustrating as and as a first time customer I feel like I'm being tricked, I think this is A gimmick and a scam to get you to give up your money. It would be a different story if they said it was a 15 day supply or a 30 day supply, but instead they say 30 count or 60 count. Too many companies spend time and effort to trick and mislead their own customers. I find this a huge turn off. Also I'm not sure how you could even evaluate a product in 15 days to decide whether or not you want to keep giving them your money... My intuition is telling me that there is no magic pill for anything in this world at all. This is no exception. Otherwise the bottle wouldn't be LESS than half full with a 30ct that last only 15 DAYS!!....

I would say this is definitely giving the vitamins needed but you can’t get missed memories back so don’t be confused!

First day Took two capsules with coffee and ritz crackers, started feeling nauseous after 30 min or so and mild headache started and it got worse. Vomited on third hour, felt like my gut was about to come out. Second day, took two after lunch. Started feeling nauseas after 30 min, had headache all day. Third day, didn't take any but still have nauseas feeling. Threw it in the trash. Not for me. Label says to try it at least 2 weeks. NOPE.

I shift gears throughout the day and require almost total recall of facts and figures, and having just turned 65, AB makes a huge difference. Seems to only take about 2-3 days to kick in. My son uses it now and it has changed his life for the better. Please don’t forget to eat something first!!

Trying this product after listening to the JRE i wont go back. Feeling so stable and on point from taking these tablets in the morning. In combination with upping the dosing of Omega 3 and Vitamin D from listening to JR and Dr. Rhonda Patrick. You guys are the best for information coming from Australia these tablets are really expensive compared to pretty much every other supplement so thats why it isnt a 5 star review. Getting this product onto Australian shelves and 1/2 the price would be ideal

Easy to use if you can swallow pills and has no taste. Not sure if I noticed any real difference in my cognitive abilities but will continue to use until the bottle is out just in case.
