My brother told me about it and bought two bottles one for himself and one for me. I gave it a shot about two months ago. I took it daily or ever other day just over a month. At first i didn't notice a thing. I figured it needed to build up in the system like some vitamins and mineral. After two weeks I noticed a little bit more clarity in my thought process, but nothing I would say made a major difference in my training or job. I was hoping for something that would push my mental clarity, focus, stamina and energy to a new limit to keep my crushing my day. I train in the gym 5 days a week at 4am for 1.5 - 2 hrs. Then, I work a very physical job as a gutter fabricator/installer, so running up and down 25 ft + ladder everyday with 30 lbs + of tools strapped to me. Then im in dad/husband mode the rest of the day. So, Im always looking for a supplement to give me just a little bit more everything. I keep my diet healthy and clean (no sugar, no processed foods, no alcohol or drugs), so maybe im just at my peak as it is thats why it didnt have my effect on me. It didnt make the cut for me, but in sure it works well for some people.

There are only 30 capsules, and one serving is 2 capsules. This means this is only a 15-day supply; that's not a ton. The pills tend to get lodged in my throat even with water. They are relatively tasteless, and the ingredients don't seem all that bad. All in all, I'd rather go for a different approach when it comes to improving my brain function.

I didn't notice a difference when taking Alpha Brain. I even took 3 one time and didn't notice anything really. It may have provided a benefit in that I did really well on my exams while on Alpha Brain, but to be honest I'm unsure if the Alpha Brain actually helped as I studied pretty hard and prepared. My body is odd though because I've taken painkillers in the past and not felt anything.
