But I find that with most “brain” supplements they rely on the power of suggestion more than anything. Maybe I’m just not the target audience. The pills are small and easy to swallow and don’t leave an aftertaste. I didn’t notice any side effects so if you want to try it out for yourself I doubt it would be harmful.
