After one week, he felt nothing really noticeably different other than a bit of focus. I think it is pricey for a minimal effectiveness. Everyone's brain is different and will have different results.

I like the packaging. I only took 1 pill a day because the bottle only comes with 30 pills and I didn’t want to run out so fast.

I was given a bottle of 30 and you take two a day. It's very hard to determine the effectiveness of this product if you are given enough for only 15 days. Generally at least takes at minimum 2 months to really feel a difference.

I didn't notice any improvement in terms of memory, but for sure, I felt much more focused. I like that this supplement is caffeine free and didn't cause any jitters. I will most likely be looking into other supplements by onnit. My only issue with this supplement is duration. It could be longer lasting.
