I didn't notice a difference when taking Alpha Brain. I even took 3 one time and didn't notice anything really. It may have provided a benefit in that I did really well on my exams while on Alpha Brain, but to be honest I'm unsure if the Alpha Brain actually helped as I studied pretty hard and prepared. But for my sister who is one year older than I am (in her 30s) she said that she thinks these helped her be productive. She didn’t experience any side effects or any boost of energy. The capsules are easy to digest. The only con of this is that they can easily be mistaken for another supplement so you have to be careful with that.
