I have felt more focused and have had a much easier time remembering things like names of new people I meet, which usually is a bit tough for me. The bottle is just a standard pill bottle, but the label has all the instructions and information you need. Aside from working well, the pills also, don’t have a bad taste the way that many supplements do. If you’re looking for something that may help you with your memory and focus, I think this is great value for your money.

I was hoping to see some improvement in alertness but I regret to say I did not. I’m grateful the brand and Influenster allowed me to try out this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I did take these at night on one occasion and I couldn’t sleep that night, but I don’t know for sure if this product caused that or not. According to the reviews, there seems to be a certain subset of people who react badly to this product, and unfortunately I was one of them. I took two pills with a light meal around noon (as directed), and a few hours later I felt intense nausea, dizziness, light sensitivity, weakness, and general motion sickness whenever I looked at a screen. Napping and eating didn't help it very much. The symptoms finally went away around 1 in the morning when I was able to fall asleep. I don't know what neurons this supplement fired up in my brain, but they weren't the helpful ones lol. Completely ruined my day and I certainly won't risk taking it again.

It was fine going down but I felt nauseated most of the day after taken it. It doesn’t taste bad but I kept thinking I was going to vomit. I don’t recommend
