The label instructs to use three capsules however, I only take two and two seems to be quite enough for me. I weigh 150 lbs and am in excellent physical condition. These supplements really work. What I mean is this: thinking and focusing like never before. Like major intense awareness. Yet peaceful and serene at the same time. I take two capsules in the morning with one cup of Starbucks and “ZINGGGG” within 15 minutes I am dialed in. I take two capsules every day and even after two months daily I can stop taking these and there are zero side effects accept the awareness that I am not dialed in as usual but no big deal. Being overly focused is not really necessary for me every day but I must admit it is a fun and energizing experience.

I do feel like my focus is better when I take this but not sure about my memory. I will buy another bottle to see if it gets better the longer you take as I have only been taking them for about a month

I bought into the genius marketing especially since I follow Joe Rogan. I've been fascinated by the idea of using nootropics for a while and took the plunge with these. I bought three bottles I plan on using all of it since I already paid but I've been using them for a month at the recommended to capsule per dosage. the first day or two I may be felt a slight uptick in energy but other than that my cognition, focus mental acuity etc has not improved whatsoever. I wish I could even give it three stars but then I would be doing all of you a disservice. Save your money!

I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary the first few days as expected, but have seen some slight improvements now that they have been in my system for awhile. Overall, I feel like I am more alert throughout the day. I am more focused with the task at hand. Now, I can't say for sure that it is directly related to these supplements or the fact I made changes in my personal life. I am not a scientist and not 100% sure exactly what is in this product, but I do love the fact that there is no caffeine in the ingredients.
