I used to take Alpha Brain in the past and started taking it again for the great benefits. The recommended dosage used to be "Not to exceed more than 4 capsules a day." I just reordered it again and now it says "Not to take more than 3 capsules within a 24 hour period." Why the change? Can I still take the 4 capsules a day?

Since I’ve started taking this supplement, I haven’t had that problem. I could tell a difference the 1st day! I bought the Alpha-Brain in powder form, individualized packets of powder. The taste is absolutely hideous to the point of nausea. I believe it could be the sweetener used. The taste and sensation afterward seems toxic to me; just horrible. The capsule form is ok.
