It might work better for others, but for me, the effects were minimal. The flavor isn’t too bad and you get a good amount for the price.

The packaging looks nice and feels premium. Taste-wise, I tried the capsules so there’s no strong flavor, which is a plus for me. In terms of value, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but I think it’s worth it for the quality. Most importantly — it actually works! The Alpha Brain capsules are designed to help to promote memory, focus, and mental processing; however, I don’t feel like it achieved any of those claims for me. When taking these I didn’t experience any positive or discernible difference in regard to these areas. I really wanted this to work because it would be an amazing boost to my work and daily life if it did. I love that it is caffeine free and that I didn’t experience any negative side effects, but I really didn’t experience any benefits at all.

The ingredients seem OK but I honestly don’t think this product works. They’re far better supplements for the money that they want for this.

The one draw back for me was that my eyelids started twitching, which was annoying. The next few days I just took one and that seemed to be the better choice for my body. Doesn't have a taste, and it's your standard packaging. I don't think this will be a continuous supplement I take, but maybe when I'm having a deadly tough time focusing
