I’ve been taking Alpha Brain for at least a year. I have tried other such products and the one thing I’ve noticed is there is no ingredient label on the box or bottle. If the manufacturer can’t tell you what’s in it, don’t buy it. What I see in Alpha Brain is what works for me. Also, don’t think 1 or 2 weeks for any of these products works, for some it takes longer. This is a great product for me and I have tried others.

I gave this a shot and although my focus is still an issue, I find myself saying "um what was I talking about?" a lot less. I do find myself to be a little jittery though so trying to work through that.

The capsule is rather large but there’s no noticeable taste so it’s not unpleasant to take. I’m interested to see if I feel any long term benefits with consistent use- the one caveat is that a full dosage is 2 pills so these probably won’t last one very long.

The pills are packaged quite large, but it goes down easily, without any bitter taste. There’s 30 capsules in each bottle. I have noticed a change in my energy and focus, which I really like! I would buy a bottle to continue taking!

I felt like it was working after a few days but I did feel more thirstier than usual. It started making me lightheaded after the 3rd day and had to pause taking anymore. I started off taking 1 capsule even though the recommended dose is 2. I feel this Alpha Brain can be more effective on some people rather than others due to many factors such as size, gender and tolerance . I myself would not buy its again. The price ticket is slightly on the higher side but if it works for other individuals, than its worth it.

I tried this supplement for two months, and when my subscription ran out I tried another brand. I'm baaaaack! With Onnit, I felt immediate results, and actually couldn't wait to get back on it after my break with another product. Looking forward to the next two months of total memory and word recall!

They don’t taste bad but there is a small after taste to me after I swallow. I would give it a try if you think you need it.
