Very subtle, but can definitely tell a difference between when I take it and when I don't. It's not something I want to take everyday, but if I'm busy or have an intense workout coming up, I'm definitely taking it. It makes me "want" to do another set, or it makes me "want" to read another page.

I really want this to work for me, but Alpha brain really doesn’t help my focus at all. I’ve tried one instead of two, thinking maybe the dosage was high for me. It doesn’t agree with me. Still have fogginess, actually it INCREASED my fogginess. I’ve been exercising as well, can’t say this helped my workouts.

It’s a pretty good product, but every time I take it in the morning, I always get a headache at around 3-4ish that last quite a while, idk if I need to do something different or if this is a side affects, I don’t make any changes to my diet with or without it, and I stay well hydrated

However, each time I took the supplement for 5 days straight, I would develop a pretty severe headache. As much as I would’ve liked to continue to see the effects, I could not continue. However, the pills are quite easy and o consume despite its large size.

I’m two weeks in a cycle of AB and I actually do find benefits to it. I use other basic daily supplements like fish oil, Vitamin D etc. But I noticed a sharpness in alertness and thought about a week after daily use. It’s not gonna make you Ironman but if you’re use to taking care of yourself and have body awareness then I highly recommend trying this.

It’s hard to say what it does, but I feel it’s absence on the days I forget to take one. Just a bit less “on”. I usually only take one a day and with pandemic immunity focus in mind I recently started adding a single Shroomtech pill to my daily vitamins/supplements too.
