I will say I believe these are effective as I noticed I was more focused after taking them. It did make my teeth feel weird/it felt like I was noticing my teeth more. If there are days I need to focus more or I am feeling tired I will probably take these but these are definitely not an everyday supplement for me. My husband came to the same conclusion I did about them. Not a love but not a hate either!

Took it or a week and had incredibly good focus after taking the supplements. However something did not mesh well with my own body chemistry and suffered a mild heart attack. I stay away from caffeine and alcohol. I'm 48 years old an a ex professional fighter. I'm doing OK now but I suggest seeking a Dr's advice before embarking on any supplemental journey.
