The main ingredients are very low in dose and so the product doesn’t work as well. The value of this product is really over priced. I would not recommend this product.

Takes a couple of days to build up and makes you feel the difference. Respect the eating it with a light meal, I had it on an empty stomach first and hit me kind of hard on my stomach.

We’re a family of seven so we’re always on our toes with our children. I recommend having a decent meal with water before taking the vitamin. If you don’t, you may experience stomach aches. The colors on the bottle are eye catching. Some of the ingredients in this supplement are L-THEANINE, ALPHA GPC, HUPERZIA SERRATA EXTRACT, and VITAMIN B6. The supplement is also caffeine free and gluten free! I included a picture of the nutritional label for more additional information. There’s no bad taste to this vitamin. I recommend this supplement in your daily routine!
